Custom Pool Construction
No matter the size or shape, we can help you design and build a truly custom pool, with projects typically starting at $50,000. Every pool is structurally engineered for Florida´s soil and water-table conditions, then built with premium materials, high-performance equipment, and meticulous attention to detail.
Geometric Pools
Clear lines, strong angles, and modern symmetry. Ideal for contemporary homes, structured outdoor living spaces and clients who prefer a sleek, arquitectural aesthetic.
Ocean Front Pools
Pools designed for coastal properties with attention to elevation, views, wind exposure, and structurall integrity. We focus on maximizing sightlines while protecting the structure from harsh coastal conditions.
Modern Pools
Minimalist layouts, oversized steps and benches, integrated spas, LED lighting, and automation friendly designs. Modern pools emphasize lifestyle, entertaining, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Zero Edge Pools
Also known as knife-edge pools, these designs create a mirror-like water surface that sits flush with the surrounding deck for a dramatical, ultra-luxury look. They require precise engineering and construction tolerances, which is where our experience team excels.
Perimeter Overflows Pools
Zero Entry Pools, Also Known as "Beach Entry" pools — feature a gradual, sloped entrance that mimics the natural transition of a shoreline. Instead of using traditional steps, the pool floor gently slopes from the deck into deeper water, offering a smooth, walk-in experience that’s as functional as it is visually striking.
Lagoon Pools
Free-flowing, organic shapes with rockwork, waterfalls, beach entries, and lush landscaping. Perfect for homeowners who wants a resort style backyard with a more natural look and feel.
Throughout the design process, we explain structural options, depth configurations, finish types, and equipment selections
so you fully understand what you’re getting and why it’s being recommended.

PCC 2000 System
For many Central Florida homeowners, ease of maintenance is just as important as aesthetics. The PCC 2000 in-floor cleaning system is a built-in cleaning and circulation solution designed to keep your pool cleaner with less manual effort.
Instead of relying only on traditional vacuums or suction cleaners, the PCC 2000
system uses strategically placed pop-up nozzles in the floor of the pool to:
- Push debris toward collection points
- Improve overall water circulation
- Reduce ¨dead spots¨ where algae forms
- Help distribute chemical more evenly
Because the system is integrated into the pool structure, it operates discreetly and continuously with your filtration equipment to maintain cleaner water and reduce manual brushing and vacuuming. During design, we explain how it works with your equipment pad and what to expect for maintenance and operation.

Fiberglass Pool Installation
High-End Pools, without the high-stress process. Explore the most popular pool inserts available.
Fiberglass pools are an excellent option for homeowners who want a high-quality pool with a faster installation timeline, smooth interior surfaces, and simplified maintenance. All Aqua Pools works with premium fiberglass manufacturers and follows strict installation protocols to ensure long-term stability and performance.
Rectangular
Classic, versatile, and ideal for modern homes. Rectangular pools pair well with automatic covers, lap swimming, and clean-lined outdoor living spaces.
Linear
Elegant designs that maximize usable swim space while fitting narrow or deeper lots. A strong choice for clients who want both aesthetics and function in tighter footprints.
Freeform
Soft curves and flowing lines that mimic natural bodies of water. Freeform fiberglass pools are great for families and clients who want a more organic look without going fully custom concrete.
Kidney Shaped
A timeless design that provides visual interest and natural zones for seating, swimming, and shallow lounging. Kidney-shaped inserts work well with integrated spas, tanning ledges, and strategic landscaping.
With fiberglass, we walk you through site prep, shell placement, backfill methods, plumbing, equipment, and
decking options so you understand each phase and how it affects long-term performance.

Check out some key peices of information that you need to know before building your dream pool with All Aqua Pools.
What happens during the design consultation?
What happens during the design consultation? Our design consultation is a detailed, two-part process with one of our experienced staff members and designers. In the first meeting, we evaluate your backyard layout using your provided property survey, measure access points, and discuss your vision, needs, and budget. We then use this information to create a custom 3D design. During the second meeting, we present the design in your home, make adjustments if needed, and provide final proposal documents. This is followed by color selections and permit preparation.
Do you offer financing options for custom pools?
Yes, we do. All Aqua Pools proudly partners with Lyon Financial, a trusted leader in swimming pool financing since 1979. They offer tailored loan programs specifically for inground pool projects, with features designed to make your backyard investment more accessible. There’s no impact on your credit to check your rate, and the pre-approval process is quick and hassle-free. Whether you’re building a standard pool or a high-end custom design, financing through Lyon helps you move forward with confidence.
How long does it take to build a pool from start to finish?
Once your permit is approved — which can take 1 to 4 weeks depending on your municipality — construction begins with the dig. From there, your pool is typically completed and filled within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on project size and selected features. We start the pool systems right away and guide you through Pool School before handing everything over.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We use only premium-grade equipment from trusted brands like StaRite. All pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, lights, and salt chlorine generators come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, fully backed by our team. If anything goes wrong within that period, repairs or replacements are covered at no cost to you. For more information get in touch with a member of our team.
